Jack Trout, the President of Trout and Partners, one of the most impressive marketing firms with headquarters in Old Greenwich Connecticut, USA and regional offices in 13 different countries. He is famous as World’s foremost marketing strategist. His concept of Positioning has evolved as world’s #1 business strategy. His organization works for huge companies like AT&T, IBM, Burger King, Merrill Lynch, Xerox, Merck, Lotus, Ericsson, Tetra Pak, Repsol, Hewlett-Packard, Procter & Gamble, Southwest Airlines and other Fortune 500 companies. Jack kicked off his business career from the advertising department of General Electric and became a divisional advertising manager at Uniroyal. Right after that he joined advertising company known as Al Ries, where he worked for almost six years. In 1980, during his work he wrote his book named “The Battle for Your Mind”. After huge success of his first book, again in 1985, with Al Ries he wrote his 2nd bestselling book named “Marketing Warfare” which was later translated into 14 languages throughout world. In 1988, another book “Bottom-Up-Marketing” was published. In 1993 his book, “The 22 Immutable Laws of Marketing” became the marketing bible.
